We are seeking two nursing assistants for our team. With us, you will meet a warm and cohesive team that works together to provide care that is personal and tailored to each individual's needs. As a nursing assistant with us, you work with tasks such as personal care, activation, social interaction, training, outdoor activities, and various service tasks. We work with fixed care contacts and base our work on the client's care plan – one of our most important tools. You document in our management system and also perform delegated health and medical care tasks assigned by nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. We are looking for someone who is independent, flexible, and works well in collaboration – both with colleagues and other professionals in the team around the client. You have a genuine interest in helping people and see each individual's unique needs. You remain calm in stressful situations, take responsibility, and have great commitment to your work. Job Responsibilities To provide care and services centered on the client's needs according to their assistance decision and care plan, with respect for the client's integrity, participation, and self-determination. As a nursing assistant, you are also the fixed care contact for the individual client, responsible for their care and assisting with contacts with authorities, relatives, healthcare services, etc. Work responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and Health Program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence and good IT skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and experience is a merit. Previous experience within care and healthcare is a merit, as is having had special areas of responsibility – for example, particular interest in delegated tasks within healthcare. It is important that you are responsive and flexible when working with both clients and colleagues, and that you follow the organization's guidelines and decisions.
