You will document and create implementation plans, and together with your colleagues work in a team-based approach to ensure that residents receive their approved services. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating basis. Workplace Description Eklunda is a dementia care facility with 26 dementia care beds distributed across 3 units. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and focusing on the resident. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in elderly care. It is a merit if you have prior experience in dementia care. The work requires documentation and communication skills, so you must be fluent in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Some computer skills are also desirable.
