Our operations are based in Huddinge Center, which you can easily reach by public transport. About the Position We work based on the customer's decision and implementation plan, and we place great emphasis on ensuring that the support, care, and service we provide are always adapted to the individual's needs. Our customers meet committed employees. We strive to work person-centered and to strengthen professionalism in the professional role. An example is that our permanent care contacts themselves take responsibility for collaborating directly with rehabilitation, home healthcare, and other partners when needed, always with the customer's best interests in focus. We are available to our customers every day between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Work tasks consist of personal care, cooking, digital shopping, cleaning, laundry, accompanying customers, and social interaction. The work also includes documenting and establishing implementation plans in accordance with applicable legislation, which means you must express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and be able to receive and note oral information over the phone. We cycle to customers. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has previous experience working in home care, and who has cycling experience. You must be able to speak and understand Swedish well and be able to express yourself well in writing, as communication is important for good cooperation with customers and colleagues. You are responsible, humble, flexible, and have a professional approach characterized by good conduct, respect, and dignity. You also need to be able to handle a computer and smartphone/tablet.
