We are now recruiting nursing assistants for day and evening shifts in our dementia and somatic care units, as well as Unit 3, where we provide geropsychiatric care, care for individuals under 65 with cognitive impairment, and somatic care with a medical-technical focus. At Ängegärde, you will help shape the future of care and housing facilities. We combine welfare technology with a strong focus on independence, participation, and quality for our residents. Here, care and housing, home care services, home healthcare, and administration are brought together under one roof in a thoughtfully designed building that emphasizes collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 residents and two home care teams—all in an environment where you as an employee have the opportunity to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and enhance quality of life for our residents. Job Responsibilities As an employee with us, you make a difference—every day. You provide secure and quality care based on each individual's needs, and you strengthen residents' abilities and resources. You will: Support daily living—personal care, meals, and social activities. Collaborate with family members and perform everyday tasks such as cleaning and laundry. Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks. Have the opportunity to deepen your skills through special roles—to further improve quality. 🌟 We work according to a career development model, which means your tasks are adapted to your education level—so you have the right conditions to develop and contribute with your expertise. A new scheduling model will also be introduced to create a more sustainable and structured work environment. The model is based on the 8+8+8 = 24 hours principle, where the day is divided into three equal work shifts. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or care assistant and has a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about working with people. Wants to contribute to meaningful encounters. Is empathetic and flexible. Is self-directed and responsible. Requirements: Are trained as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title or service certificate, or trained as a care assistant. Have good computer skills. Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Ensure quality care. Have good collaboration skills and can work with quality awareness. Can build trusting relationships. Merits: Experience with social documentation. Experience with motivational interviewing and low-stimulation approach. Driver's license (category B). Experience working with dementia. Experience working with psychiatry. Experience working with young people with dementia.
