WORK DUTIES • You will work in a team around the residents together with other nursing assistants, care assistants, and a nursing manager at the elderly care facility Tallgården in Korpilombolo. • The workplace uses individual scheduling in Multiaccess, which gives you the opportunity to influence your schedule. • Care and service activities including activation, cleaning, and documentation. • Basic health and care tasks on delegation. • Support person for residents. QUALIFICATIONS • Nursing assistant training or equivalent. • Experience from similar work is advantageous. • Great importance is placed on personal suitability; as a person you are self-reliant and responsible with a high work ethic. • Your personality is characterized by an outgoing manner and positive approach to those around you. • Flexibility is a quality we value in you. This means that the salary is set based on applicable collective agreement general provisions including appendices and the municipality's salary policy. For employees with vocational secondary education, the starting salary is 25,798 kr.
