You create a safe and meaningful daily life for the residents and are expected to have a professional, empathetic, and attentive approach toward residents, families, and colleagues. Your tasks include personal care and hygiene, mobility assistance, laundry, cleaning, and support with meals and other daily activities. You handle medication administration and perform health and medical services according to delegation. You are responsible for contact person duties, which involve creating and following up on care plans for each individual. Documentation is an important part of the work and is done in digital systems and mobile phones for efficient follow-up. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a trained nursing assistant and want to work with people • have experience working in care or social services (a merit) • are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with residents, families, and colleagues, and to document according to workplace procedures • are flexible and have good teamwork abilities • have a good manner and take own initiative • are committed, empathetic, and confident in yourself, with the ability to adapt to different situations • are service-oriented and enjoy creating order and structure We place great importance on personal suitability.
