About the Position As a nursing assistant in home care, you help people in their daily lives so they can live independently and safely in their own homes. Your tasks will vary and may include: Personal care Assistance with hygiene and dressing Medication handling according to delegation Meal preparation and light housekeeping Social interaction and daily support Documentation according to current procedures The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues and nurses. What We're Looking For You are a trained nursing assistant You have good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people You are responsible, flexible, and confident in your professional role You can work independently and make your own decisions You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) Previous experience in home care or elderly care is a plus but not required.
