We are now recruiting nursing assistants for our two home care districts operating from facilities in Ellös. With us, you'll have a fun and varied role in home care! Home care in Orust municipality is part of the Care sector and belongs to the elderly care operations area, where our vision is to become Sweden's best elderly care provider! The home care districts, Morlanda and Tvet-Varekil, operate from the same facilities but serve two different districts. We work with joint planning and close collaboration between the districts. The work includes day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. In recent years, we have implemented several digital solutions including online grocery shopping, digital key management, and medication dispensers. We also have an external company that handles cleaning and window washing services. Within Orust municipality, we apply full-time as the standard, which means everyone has the right to a full-time position. This may mean that as an employee, you could work resource shifts at other units than the one you are employed at. Your Work Tasks In home care, we work with service users who have been granted support through individually assessed services under the Social Services Act. This means you work to preserve and develop people's own resources. As a nursing assistant in home care, you serve as the primary contact for several service users. You are responsible for establishing and following up individual implementation plans together with the service user. In addition to services under the Social Services Act, home care provides certain health and medical care tasks as delegated by home health care services. We use LifeCare mobile care as an app on your work phone where we have our work plans and register our visits. About You We are looking for a trained nursing assistant. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home care. You are independent, have good collaboration skills, and a flexible approach. In your daily work, you are relationship-building, quality-conscious, and work with your colleagues toward common goals. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
