We are now recruiting nursing assistants for our fantastic team at Bohus/Surte home care services. Job Responsibilities In home care, you will perform nursing and service tasks in accordance with the Social Services Act. You support and encourage individuals in their daily lives through an attentive, flexible, and professional approach with the individual's self-determination in focus. Your work includes documentation according to the Social Services Act. We work with fixed care contacts, meaning you and your colleagues are key persons in the network around the care recipient. We offer you meaningful, educational, and varied work. Working in care and health services means making a difference in the daily lives of those who need your support and help. Your work also includes carrying out prescriptions and delegated tasks from home care nursing and documenting these in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Ale home care uses digital signing of HSL services, digital locks, and mobile documentation. Ale home care provides care between 06:30-22:00. Flexible schedule, evening shifts, and every other weekend. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. You have a Class B driving license and can cycle. Experience working in healthcare and experience working in home care services is advantageous. In your position, you will be part of a team where your cooperation skills are just as important as working independently. We are looking for someone with good professional conduct and approach. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. Other Information We administer a language test as part of the assessment upon hiring. Personal suitability will be given great weight in the recruitment process.
