Are you a trained nursing assistant interested in combining daily home care work with planning tasks? We are now seeking a dedicated planner for Home Care East Tower in the municipality of Lund! About the role and your responsibilities You are employed as a nursing assistant and work primarily 07:00–15:00 with duty every other weekend. As a planner, working hours are 06:30-15:00. In this position, you combine care work with administrative tasks. Your work as a nursing assistant is guided by the needs of the individuals you support. A workday can consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other assistance the person you support may need. In your role as a planner, you are responsible for planning and scheduling approved services for our clients. You have a central role with many contact points and continuously collaborate with clients, family members, colleagues, your manager, and coordinators. The work is carried out in systems such as Lifecare, MA, HR portal, and others. The organization also has a coordinator who works Monday through Friday, and there are two planners who work every other weekend. This is a permanent full-time position (36 hours and 20 minutes per week) as a nursing assistant with a time-limited assignment as a planner lasting a maximum of six months at a time, with good opportunities for extension. What we're looking for - You are a licensed nursing assistant. - Experience with similar work is an advantage, for example in elderly care. - You speak Swedish well, both orally and in writing. - It is an advantage if you have worked as a planner before. - You have good digital skills, for example in relation to documentation. - A cycling license is required for work in home care. You are responsible, committed, flexible, and responsive to clients, family members, and colleagues. You understand how important it is that each individual is involved and has influence over their daily life. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you maintain calm and focus, even in situations when much happens at once or during rapid changes. You need to be confident in yourself and be able to set boundaries when necessary. About the workplace Home Care East Tower's premises are located at Mobilvägen 12. There is a restaurant and access to a gym in our pleasant, modern facilities. Here we work together under one roof: nursing assistants, care assistants, manager, coordinator, planner, administrator, and health and safety personnel. We have weekly team meetings and training sessions. It is easy to get here by bike, car, bus, or tram. The clients are in the surrounding area and we reach them by bike. Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographic areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with health and medical care personnel under the leadership of a unit manager.
