We are now looking for nursing assistants/care workers for Home Care Services in Jokkmokk. 5 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant/care worker, your work duties include providing good quality of life for our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work consists mainly of care and support tasks and the ability to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks in the form of cleaning, laundry, and shopping are performed. Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the business and your preferences. Our operations run 24/7. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you, as an applicant, have nursing assistant training or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are an important part of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate. You must be able to work both independently and in cooperation with others on the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work in the form of documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our business system. A driver's license (Category B) is a requirement. Employment Type: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite.
