We offer home care in several parts of the municipality and have special residential facilities in Järpen, Kall, Mörsil, Hallen, and Duved. Home services are provided in Hallen, Järpen, and Duved. Regardless of location, you will meet a workplace where proximity, care, and professionalism are central. We need to expand our night staff with 2 new positions. The positions are for Night Patrol, home services, based in Järpen. 2 position(s). DUTIES Your work tasks are to provide good and individually adapted care together with licensed personnel and others in the team. We work with a rehabilitative approach to maintain and strengthen the individual's own abilities. We work under both the Health and Medical Care Act and the Social Services Act, which means we meet people with different needs where both medical and social interventions are included. • You will perform health and medical care tasks on delegation from nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists according to the Health and Medical Care Act. • You are expected to be able to make independent decisions in your professional role. • Work is scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends. We use the TES work tool in home services and document in Treserva. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily seeking nursing assistants but also welcome applications from care assistants with experience working in elderly care and experience working with delegation. • We prioritize applicants who have proof of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare, or those awaiting their professional title. • It is meritorious if you have several years of experience working in healthcare. • You must be confident in your professional role and able to work independently, have a holistic perspective, and feel comfortable making assessments. • You are responsible for documenting what is relevant in a clear and thorough manner according to applicable legislation and procedures. • A B driver's license is required to work in home services; for work at special residential facilities it is meritorious. As a person, you understand what is needed to provide individually adapted care and support.
