Then we are looking for you as a nursing assistant at our special residential facility Stenkilsgården in Stora Levene, just outside Vara. Here you will have the chance to make a difference in people's lives and contribute to creating a sense of community and belonging. Your Role We are now seeking team members who are passionate about putting the resident's needs at the center and creating a meaningful daily life for our elderly. As part of our wonderful team, you will have a key role in taking care of the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life. Your approach will be based on the individual's unique needs and you will work to create a safe and supportive environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and open communication, and that works together to create a meaningful daily life for our residents. The work includes documentation and delegated health and care tasks. Weekend shifts according to agreement. Since public transportation does not always align with our work hours, we would prefer that you have a driver's license. Your Knowledge and Experience We are looking for someone who is positive and solution-focused, who enjoys taking initiative and finding creative solutions to challenges. You are engaged and driven in the work of creating meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability together with those you meet. You are calm, confident, and have the ability to plan work shift activities based on the needs at hand. You are responsible and work independently as well as in a group. You must be able to present a certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare confirming the protected professional title, or alternatively a service certificate showing an ongoing permanent employment with the title nursing assistant. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both verbally and in writing, at the level required by the work tasks. You must be able to present a valid extract from the police records register. A driver's license can be shown together with a certificate of identity from the Swedish Tax Agency, but this can be arranged on-site if an interview is scheduled. You need to have mobile BankID, as it is required for verification in our activity systems. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. We may use a trial employment period.
