You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed upon with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept Your Day. Personal care and support and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's concept Tasty Meals so that our residents enjoy the food and the meal experience adds a special touch to their everyday life. Documentation according to the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and creating and following up care plans. Planning, offering, and conducting daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, accompaniment, and shopping, among others. Receiving and performing delegated tasks such as medication administration. Taking responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participating in the facility's quality and improvement work. Our unique single-story facility in the castle pavilions at Farsta Castle allows residents to spend time outdoors in the castle's courtyard year-round.
