Your role as a nursing assistant As a nursing assistant with us, you have a central role in daily care work. Collaboration with colleagues and home healthcare is crucial for providing person-centered and high-quality care, adapted to each resident's individual needs and circumstances. You work from a person-centered approach where respectful treatment, safety, structure, and continuity are in focus. By establishing and following individual care plans and routines, you create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment for our residents, while contributing to a good and sustainable work climate in your team. You will have the opportunity to perform health and care services under instruction and delegation from a registered nurse, as well as handling documentation done digitally. The position is scheduled for day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. Your profile As a person, you enjoy working in a team and have an easy time meeting and collaborating with other people. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach to residents, colleagues, and relatives. You are keen to learn new things and actively and enthusiastically participate in developing the facility, and you are creative in finding new solutions. You have good computer skills and an interest in learning about our digital tools. You express yourself well in Swedish both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. About us The facility will consist of 97 apartments distributed across ten units with eight dementia units, one somatic unit, and one unit for people with dementia under 65 years old. At Signeshus, we will collaborate with many different units including home healthcare, two home care teams, night patrols, service team, digital home care, day care, meal preparation kitchen, property maintenance, and cleaning services. The position is full-time or by agreement. The schedule is set for day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. Resource shifts occur in the schedule. Within the Care and Elderly Services Administration, all employees in home care and care facilities are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to their desired employment rate based on operational needs. Before offering employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. The type of register extract that must be requested is Work at home with the elderly and people with disabilities.
