Your Workplace As a nursing assistant at Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that care recipients receive a secure and meaningful life with a good sense of coherence and good treatment. You will strive to ensure that care recipients have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. The role means that as a pool worker you will work within all areas of the social welfare administration throughout the municipality, often changing workplaces, colleagues, and service users. Your Tasks Working as a pool worker suits you if you are attracted to varied work. The work offers you the opportunity to develop both professionally and as a person. The Resource Unit coordinates and streamlines the placement of temporary staff where there are vacancies in our care and service operations. Staffing planning, mainly on weekends, may become relevant. The work requires you to take great personal responsibility, be flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. Based on your knowledge and the needs of the operations, an individual orientation will be tailored for you. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - nursing assistant training via a care program, or other training that the employer deems equivalent - proof of protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare - Class B driver's license Merits It is advantageous if you have: - worked as a pool worker previously or in other ways have equivalent experience - experience with staffing planning - experience with management systems such as Lifecare and Cambio Cosmic Who Are You? You have a positive view of working in different operations. You are open and curious for continued learning and have a holistic approach characterized by a salutogenic and professional attitude. You have good communication skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
