Welcome to Bengtsfors Municipality! About the Position We at Bengtsfors Municipality are now seeking a reliable and competent nursing assistant for our Night Patrol. As a nursing assistant in the Night Patrol, your main task is to provide care and security to our citizens during nighttime, but evenings will also be part of the position. You will be a central part of an operation that focuses on the individual's needs and ensures that everyone, from the very youngest to our elderly, receives the help they need around the clock. Your Work Tasks Perform nursing and service interventions for users in their home environment. Be a reliable and secure presence in users' lives during nighttime. After completing training and passing a test, you are expected to perform delegated healthcare tasks. Ensure users' medical, mental, and social needs are met. Collaborate with colleagues and other professions both within and outside the operation to provide the best possible care and security. Document care and support interventions in the Lifecare data system in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations. Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a trained nursing assistant After training and passing a test, can take on delegated tasks from a nurse Has experience working in healthcare and social services Has a B-level driver's license Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have previously worked night shifts in home care. Experience with social documentation in the Lifecare data system is also meritorious. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, flexible, and has a positive attitude. You have a genuine interest in working with people and understand the importance of providing good and personalized care. Your ability to work independently and solve problems will be important in your role. Terms Collective agreement according to AB Full-time, 34h 20min full-time equivalent Individual salary determination Start date September 1st or by agreement.
