As a nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you will work to provide excellent care, service, and support to our residents. We are now seeking a new nursing assistant for our welcoming elderly care facility Magnoliagården, a specialized residential home with a focus on somatic care and dementia, with 75 beds. Magnoliagården is a care and support residence with a dementia and somatic focus located in the center of Staffanstorp. The facility offers 75 beds distributed across 7 units, of which 3 units are dementia units and 4 units are somatic units. Magnoliagården is operated on behalf of Staffanstorp Municipality. On site there is a facility manager, unit managers, group leaders, paramedics, occupational therapists, nurses, Leva Livet coordinator, cleaning staff, facility maintenance staff, and many committed nursing assistants and care assistants. Job Description We are currently seeking a colleague on a full-time permanent employment with a probationary period at 85-100% employment level, day-evening-weekend shifts. To be qualified for this position, you need to: Present a certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing We also consider it meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
