DUTIES Work in our operation involves to a large extent helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good ability to build strong relationships, and has an empathetic approach. You are resourceful and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working together with the team to reach set goals. The work also requires you to be able to document and absorb written information and procedures efficiently. You therefore need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Home care services cover the area around Sörsjön and involve providing support and assistance to people who want to remain at home, even though they may not be able to manage all chores or care for themselves independently. The need for help is very individual and can range from brief visits to ensure everything is fine, to providing support with all activities throughout the day from getting up in the morning to going to bed in the evening and everything in between. Your duties include: • Personal care according to the operation's routines based on the client's individual needs and wishes • When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as family members, residents, clients, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. QUALIFICATIONS We consider it meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant or care assistant, or have previous experience working in home care and elderly care. If you lack relevant education or experience, we see no obstacle to that, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability and will ensure you receive a good introduction so you can handle the job. The position requires that you can independently plan your work to meet the needs that arise for those who need our help. The role involves driving a car to those who need our assistance. You must therefore have a category B driving license. We are looking for someone with a professional approach through always having good conduct, believing in mutual respect, and being humble. Salary range: The salary for this position is currently within the range of 26,190 kr - 37,357* per month, based on 2025 salary levels. *The salary span includes specialist training.
