Employment and Work Terms Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Employment Rate: 100% Working Hours: 06:45/07:00-15:30 Employment Type: Permanent position with six-month probation period Start Date: By agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality. Job Duties – What Will You Do? As a nursing assistant with us, you'll work in customers' homes with varying services based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing, and transfers Social support & conversation – providing security through presence and good care Daily living support – help with meals and light household tasks Supervision & safety – identifying needs and contributing to safe care Medication delegation – administering prescribed medications and documenting according to procedures Documentation – recording information according to care plans in various computer systems Safety alarms – quickly responding to urgent needs from customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality, responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 06:45-22:00. This involves varied assignments with both planned and more urgent interventions. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to secure and professional home care: Nursing Assistant certification (highly valued) – you have approved training, preferably with experience Strong Swedish language skills, verbal and written – you can communicate clearly and document accurately Driver's License Category B (valued) – you are a confident and experienced driver Cycling experience (REQUIRED) – you feel comfortable cycling between customer visits Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in various situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding Comfortable with technology – you use mobile devices and computers in your daily work Medication handling experience (valued) – experience with medication management according to procedures is a plus We do not accept applications by email.
