DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistants at Tranan Home Care We are now seeking 1 nursing assistant for placement at Tranan home care. This is a permanent position at 85%. Tranan is located in central Hagfors. From here, 6 home care teams and district nurses operate. We work in teams with each other, and the team also includes a licensed physical therapist and occupational therapist as well as two unit managers. Your assignment is to provide care to individuals based on approved services. Your duties include, for example: ● Assistance with transfers and personal hygiene ● Various service tasks ● Medical duties ● Documentation Work Hours Since our healthcare and social care operations run around the clock, seven days a week, our schedules are varying and you will work days, evenings, and weekends.
