JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Care and Support service is now seeking a nursing assistant for weekend shift at our dementia care facility in Charlottenberg. With us, the residents are at the center. We work in a person-centered manner and strive for each individual to receive the support and care they need. The work is carried out in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, care coordinators, doctors, and other care staff. We are guided by the organization's values where good conduct and respect in interactions with both residents and colleagues is self-evident. As a nursing assistant on weekends, you are responsible for creating security and good care for the residents. The work tasks include, among other things: • Personal care and supervision during weekends • Support and assistance as needed • Delegated healthcare tasks • Documentation and creation and follow-up of care plans QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a trained nursing assistant or have begun training to become a nursing assistant • Have experience in care work, preferably in dementia care (meritorious) • Have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting people, and are attentive to their needs • Have good collaboration skills • Are flexible and can change workplaces if needed • Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
