Your Assignment In your role as a nursing assistant, you will primarily work with care and support in the daily lives of residents. This includes personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and participation in various social activities. Documentation and creation and monitoring of care plans are part of the work. You will also perform HSL tasks according to delegation. The work is carried out in a team-based manner, where you together with your colleagues ensure that residents receive their approved services in the best possible way. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule. You are expected to be flexible and able to work throughout the facility. Description of the Workplace Forsgården is a care and residential facility with 30 beds for people with dementia, distributed across three units. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a genuine interest in working with people with the resident in focus. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with elderly care, and it is a merit if you have prior experience in dementia care. The work requires documentation and communication, which means you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Some computer skills are also desirable. As a person, you are self-driven and have the ability to take your own initiative and move your work forward. You are flexible and can adapt to changes and new situations. With good teamwork skills, you contribute to a positive team spirit, while also being organized and planning your work efficiently to achieve set goals. Finally, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand how different parts fit together to contribute to the organization's overall objectives.
