As a nursing assistant at Ekliden in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that care recipients have a secure and meaningful life with a good sense of coherence and respectful treatment. You will strive to ensure that care recipients have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. You will work with elderly individuals with mental health challenges where collaboration and routines are important. Qualifications You have: - certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title of nursing assistant - experience working in healthcare - experience documenting in business systems Who are you?
