JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and contribute to our residents having a meaningful and secure everyday life. You work with individualized care and have: • Scheduled activity time for residents • Allocated administrative time • A stimulating environment where you have great opportunities to influence and develop the operations QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Evidence of protected professional title for nursing assistant, or alternatively covered by transition rules (permanent nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023) Merits: • Have experience working in elderly care • Have good digital documentation skills As a person, you have good interpersonal skills and genuine commitment to the role. You are flexible within the operations and in the work group. You have good collaboration skills and are accustomed to prioritizing tasks. As a person, you are confident in your role and want to work with the user in focus. In the work you are comfortable with inconvenient working hours and value flexibility. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: September 7, 2026 or start date by agreement.
