DUTIES Work in the staffing pool is engaging and varied work that suits you well if you have experience and knowledge, and want the opportunity to develop further in your work. As a nursing assistant/support assistant/care aide/habilitation personnel, you will primarily perform personal care, nursing care, and carry out health and medical tasks under delegation, as well as maintain social documentation. As a pool employee, you set your own schedule/availability in the scheduling tool TimeCare pool together with your colleagues based on the Social Services Department's needs. You work across the entire operations within elderly care and/or support for people with disabilities, and are booked by our Staffing Planners when operations request personnel. You could therefore be at a Service Housing facility one day and in Home Care or Short-term Housing the next day. The employment involves day, evening, and holiday shifts, and split shifts may occur. In addition to your salary, you receive a salary supplement, called a pool allowance. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistant, alternatively covered by transitional rules (permanent employment as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023), or a degree from a care and welfare program • At least 3 years of work experience as a nursing assistant and/or support assistant • Driver's license category B and access to your own vehicle Meritorious • Competence to work as both a nursing assistant and support assistant You must be interested in working with people. It is important that you can empathize with other people's situations and have understanding of ethics and confidentiality. You must be able to work flexibly as tasks and workplaces will vary. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Start date by agreement, end date: 2027-08-31. Working hours: Schedule. Day, evening, and holiday shifts and split shifts may occur.
