We actively work with a fixed care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way We have relatively small work groups on both Blidö and Rådmansö, which means we have good continuity with our customers. We primarily use cars at our units, but bicycles may also be used We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1400 employees including home care assistants, care attendants, and cleaners. Then you might be just the person we're looking for on our committed team at Allegio Blidö and Rådmansö Job Duties – What will you do? You work to provide customers with the help they are entitled to according to support decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job duties: Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet use, and other personal care. Meal support – help with preparation, serving, and sometimes feeding Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social environment. Dressing and undressing – practical support when changing clothes. Support in the home – for example laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks. Emergency alarm response – quickly respond to acute needs from customers who have called. We work on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje municipality and handle emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. Who are you? Are you the person we're looking for? For you to fit with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications: Home care assistant training (advantageous) – you are trained and experienced in your field. Fluent in Swedish – you have a good command of Swedish both spoken and written and can document professionally. Driver's license (Category B) – a requirement at our Blidö-Rådmansö units – you are a safe driver and comfortable navigating traffic. Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and decisiveness. Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed. Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes. Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and cooperate with both customers and colleagues. Flexible & solution-oriented – you are accustomed to working in an environment where no two days are the same. Thorough & responsible – you have high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work. Digital skills – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems. Employment Workplace: Allegio Blidö and Allegio Rådmansö Interviews are ongoing; start date by agreement but as soon as possible.
