In your role as a nursing assistant, you will focus on acute patient care and quality nursing. About the Workplace The diagnoses on 4C are primarily stroke, TIA, and neurological diseases. All departments of the medical clinic share a common responsibility for caring for general internal medicine patients. Our team consists of various professional categories: physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, medical secretaries, and close care service personnel—all are equally important. Starting this fall, our team will also include a ward pharmacist. The ward has 21 care beds distributed across 3 units. Patient care time varies but averages 3.5 days. Ward 4C is tasked with acute patient care, and any rehabilitation takes place at home or in Halmstad. The workplace is constantly evolving, and we are always curious about how work methods can be developed and improved. Scheduling is done through the Tessa system, where we take collective responsibility for meeting operational needs. Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant with a focus on acute care or similar education. We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in nursing care work. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in inpatient care as well as blood sampling and documentation experience. As a person, you are engaged, motivated, and have good collaboration skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We warmly welcome your application!
