Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you work closely with seniors with a focus on strengthening their independence and well-being. You provide support in daily life, including personal care, service assistance, and social care, always adapted to each individual's needs and wishes. You create a sense of security and provide high-quality care, and also perform delegated health and medical tasks, such as exercise activities, medication management, and wound dressings. The work also involves receiving both verbal and written information, as well as documenting in our operating system Viva. On our unit, respectful treatment and the individual's right to self-determination are an integral part of everyday life. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or is training to become a nursing assistant with experience, and who has a genuine commitment to elderly care. It is an advantage if you have experience with similar work. You treat people with warmth, respect, and integrity, and are able to adapt your working style to the senior's needs and condition. To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible, proactive, and have good collaboration skills. You are professional in your interactions, while demonstrating responsiveness and a willingness to contribute to a meaningful and secure everyday life for our residents.
