The position is mainly based in home care services, where you work independently in care recipients' homes with varying tasks throughout the day. As part of the position, when needed, you also work at Tubberödshus elderly care facility. There you work together with colleagues using the relationship model, a working method that creates good collaboration and clear structure. JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you work to support care recipients in their everyday lives according to individual needs. In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, which gives you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on additional areas of responsibility beyond your role as a nursing assistant. Your job duties include, among other things: • Providing care and services according to care plans • Supporting and engaging care recipients in everyday activities • Working with everyday rehabilitation and personal care • Social documentation and development of care plans • Collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers • Working both independently and as part of a team QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Education from a healthcare and care program or other education/experience deemed equivalent • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing • Basic digital competence • Takes responsibility and has the ability to work independently • Treats others with respect, warmth, and attentiveness • Has Bank-ID • Has a B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience working in elderly care or home care services, as well as knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-affective approach methods. It is also beneficial if you have experience in documentation and quality work, as well as competence in dementia or psychiatry. As a person, you are flexible and confident, a team player who enjoys collaboration, but can also work independently.
