Your New Workplace We are now looking for you – a trained nursing assistant who wants to work with us at Stöde Home Care / Supported Secure Housing Knutsgården. We who work in Stöde Home Care / Knutsgården are a great team consisting of nursing assistants, care attendants, managers, an administrator, and nurses. Our work area extends from central Stöde across large rural areas with beautiful nature surrounding our operations. We travel to our care and support service users by car. Both men and women with different backgrounds work with us. Knutsgården is a very pleasant Supported Secure Housing facility where our focus is ensuring everyone feels safe and has meaningful days. With a professional approach, you perform nursing care and service tasks of high quality for our care and support service users in their own homes based on their needs. Needs may range from simple practical tasks to advanced and qualified nursing care as well as health and medical services. We work together with various other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to provide good and safe care. How You Contribute as a Nursing Assistant As a nursing assistant, you contribute to achieving the organization's goals and are responsible for completing work tasks. You provide service and good nursing care based on the individual's personal decisions and ethical approach, and you perform delegated health and medical care tasks. Your work tasks include: providing nursing care and service to care and support service users with high quality acting as the primary care and support contact, which means having coordinating responsibility around the care and support service user establishing and following up on implementation plans in dialogue and partnership with care and support service users cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act and Health and Medical Care Act risk assessments regarding care and support service users and the work environment training new employees and students developing the organization and your own work methods performing delegated tasks in accordance with the Health and Medical Care Act The work is varied and you work both independently and with colleagues. The work requires great commitment and active participation to develop and improve the organization. The work is flexible and you will work both in home care and at the Knutsgården facility. Your Competence and Experience You are a trained nursing assistant with an interest in working with people. To succeed in this role, you are responsible and engaged with the ability to understand others' situations. You have the ability to collaborate, create, and maintain good relationships with users, family members, and colleagues. The work requires that you can speak and write in Swedish and can understand and access written information. Our activity and documentation systems are essential for fulfilling our mission, so you need to have basic digital skills. A driver's license and access to a car are requirements, as public transportation is limited at certain times and periods. Work hours are scheduled with day, evening, and holiday shifts.
