WORK TASKS Within the municipality's Social Services Department, the main mission is to work with people in need of support, assistance, and care to manage their daily lives. We are looking for ambitious and engaged employees. The positions we are recruiting for are nursing assistant/caregiver in our home care service Lima, Rörbäcksnäs. All work roles involve varying working hours, with shifts during day, evening, and weekends. Your work tasks include, among other things: • providing care, assistance, and support to users and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs. • creating a meaningful daily life for the individual in cooperation with their surroundings and working solution-focused to meet the individual's needs without restricting their right to self-determination, privacy, and influence. • providing residents with security in their own home. • following our routines and guidelines Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. The position is filled subject to the required political decisions being made. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant, but it is not a requirement. Salary form: Monthly salary. Salary range: The salary for the position is currently within the range of 26,190 kr - 37,357* per month, based on 2025 salary levels. *The salary range includes specialist training.
