Employment Type: Permanent position, full-time, 5-shift | Start Date: By agreement | Application Deadline: July 12 Department Description The Automation Department is part of the Maintenance Organization, which has nearly 90 employees and is responsible for maintenance of our production facilities in Grängesberg and Hällefors. The department performs assignments from its customers, ranging from emergency to planned maintenance, and also manages projects and improvements. Automation, with 20 employees, is responsible for all electrical and automation-related maintenance in production and also includes production-related IT systems—the interface between machine control systems and the higher-level IT systems managed by the IT department. Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily work with corrective maintenance but also with preventive maintenance. You will work across the entire processing chain, from the brewhouse to bottling. The position involves shift work, currently 5-shift. Example Work Tasks: Troubleshooting Service and maintenance of process equipment Component replacement Documentation of completed work in our maintenance system, Maximo Your primary contacts will be other shift technicians, other members of the automation department, maintenance staff, operators, and line technicians. We strive for continuous improvement of operations, and you are expected to participate in activities such as continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analyses, and provide feedback that develops procedures, people, and equipment. Your Profile Upper secondary education in electrical and automation or equivalent qualification Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English, as the role involves contact with both Swedish and foreign suppliers Good computer skills and ability to quickly understand technical documentation Meritorious: Experience in the process industry with machine and process equipment control Meritorious: Experience with Siemens Step7, TIA, WinCC, PROFINET, and other bus systems As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, possess good analytical skills, and are goal- and results-driven in completing assignments. You are proactive and make decisions based on facts. You collaborate easily and readily contact colleagues from different departments. You understand what it means to lead others, as you may take a leadership role in the work you drive.
