Are you interested in working in production and maintenance mechanics? As a maintenance mechanic at Benders, you will work closely with the maintenance coordinator and plant manager. You will plan and perform maintenance work on machinery. In this role, you are a key player on the team contributing to achieving the company's goals. Your work tasks will vary based on needs and the products being manufactured. Tasks awaiting you: Plan and perform maintenance Plan and order spare parts Troubleshoot and resolve errors of both a proactive and urgent nature Document maintenance and maintain a documented maintenance plan for the production facility Assist with production-related technical questions or discrepancies and contribute to achieving good product quality and production quantity. Requirements for the position: Mechanic experience, both in professional and private settings. Class B driver's license Good technical knowledge in workshop work. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Meritorious: Experience with mechanics, control/regulation technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and motors, as well as general knowledge of electrical work and welding skills. Forklift operator certification, wheel loader, traversing equipment, lift, and hot work certification are meritorious Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing When needed, we also use external service companies, and the work can then take place in collaboration with them. Other information The position begins with a fixed-term employment but is intended to transition to a permanent employment contract.
