What You'll Work With at Södra As a Maintenance Manager, you have an important role in leading and developing maintenance work. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on maintenance activities, with the goal of ensuring high availability and safe and efficient operations. You work closely with both production and external partners and drive improvements that contribute to a modern and sustainable operation. The role includes, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop employees and teams Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and external resources Ensure a high focus on work environment, safety, and regulatory compliance Monitor costs and contribute to efficient resource use Participate in and drive improvement and investment projects The position is a permanent, full-time employment based in Kinda.
