You will work at FMLOG Supply, which procures, stores, maintains, and disposes of materials for the Armed Forces. The logistics must be efficient and provide high availability for all types of materials throughout Sweden, which means that production, planning, and customer support are also important parts of our work. What can we offer you? The Procurement and EU Planning Department works with customer support, needs assessment and planning of replacement units and spare parts. For spare parts, procurement to inventory is also handled. Using the support systems we have and knowledge of the materials, we analyze maintenance and procurement needs. Main Duties Within your designated area of responsibility as an EU Officer, work with varying issues that create efficient supply and management of replacement units and spare parts. Daily dialogue occurs with clients, customers, and suppliers. Technical preparations and needs assessments are also part of the work. The position holder must be able to plan and lead meetings, coordinate viewpoints, and identify improvement measures. On-call duty is included in the position. Travel occurs in the position, primarily within Sweden but may occur abroad. Qualifications You have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, or other education and/or experience that the employer may assess as equivalent. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of the Office package. Good knowledge of PRIO (SAP) and/or LIFT. Category B driver's license. Meritorious Experience with FENIX system. Experience with UEF system. Work experience in technical matters and/or logistics. Previous work experience within the Armed Forces.
