We are growing and are now looking for 1 new star to join our offices in Örje/Hån (Sweden) Logent's customs operations are currently located in Halden (Norway), Gothenburg, Örje/Hån (Sweden), Hirtsals, Aarhus, Helsingør (Denmark), and Rauma (Finland). Logent Customs is an independent customs agent specializing in all operational customs procedures and consulting for in-depth investigations. Together with other business areas within Logent, we often offer complete solutions for our customers and see continuous development as a prerequisite for good and long-term customer relationships. Your role: As a Customs Administrator, you will have an enjoyable role with varied tasks including administration and contact with customers and authorities. You will be part of a team of knowledgeable colleagues working to administer various customs procedures concerning imports, exports, and customs warehouses. Together with your colleagues, you will work on improvements to routines and processes to ensure quality and service. Logent has many exciting and well-known companies as customers, and you will have contact with them via phone and email in your work. We are growing and are now looking for 1 customs administrator for our office in Örje/Hån. Your profile: We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, relationship-building, and enjoys administration and customer contact. You are a quick learner, responsible, and thorough—a person who always strives to develop in your work. If you are like us a positive team player, good at collaboration and achieving great results, you will thrive in the role of customs administrator. Good IT skills are an advantage. Customs experience is a merit but not a requirement. You have good English language skills and are comfortable working in digital support systems, navigate confidently in MS Office and other business-related support systems. Working hours: The position involves irregular working hours as we offer 24/7 service to our customers. The workplace is closed between 02:00-06:00 on weekdays and closed on weekends.
