About the Position Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance is uniquely tailored to the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. We are looking for you to work with a man in his 30s living in Tierp. You enjoy sharing the client's interests and are comfortable with an active lifestyle, such as brisk walks, cycling, swimming, floorball, and bowling – but also appreciate quieter activities such as doing puzzles. For this position, you must have good proficiency in Swedish experience communicating with the help of visual supports and visual schedules For this position, it is advantageous if you: have experience with similar work experience working with people with autism share the client's interests Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "hourly position," which means work as needed with varying working hours during day, evening, and night. For the right person, there is an opportunity to be offered a parental leave substitute with a fixed schedule in the long term. Working hours: Weekdays: Monday-Friday between 14:30-08:30 with 6 hours on-call during the night. The client attends day activities during daytime. Weekends: Work shifts vary between 19:00-19:00, 19:00-12:30, 12:30-08:30 with the same on-call time. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
