The division was started in 2021 and has quickly grown to become a significant player in the sale, service, and maintenance of compressed air equipment. We are a Channel Partner to ELGI Compressors Europe. We are now seeking Compressed Air Technician Based in Klippan We need to expand our compressed air division and are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in compressed air systems. As a Technician at Meccom Industripartner, you will have a position that offers great scope for your own responsibility and excellent development opportunities. The company manages its projects in a structured way, where we always put customers at the center. Responsibilities and Tasks We are looking for a person to take on the important role of performing service, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing compressors and compressed air equipment at our customers' sites. In a business-minded manner, you will also work proactively with upselling in connection with your service assignments. You see service as a natural part of the business. You are structured and when needed, experienced at planning your own schedule. Your qualities are that you are creative, business-minded, organized, and service-oriented, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You like meeting customers and building and maintaining customer relationships. You are communicative and skilled at prioritizing and planning your work. You have a good ability and experience in working independently, where you take your own initiative and create structure among multiple tasks. You also have the ability to quickly change direction when work tasks require it, but without losing focus on the end result. You enjoy customer contact and are a social and sales-oriented person who likes when there is a lot going on at the same time. Going the extra mile to get a satisfied customer is a given for you. Competency Requirements You should have a genuine interest in the profession and good practical skills, as the work requires competence and understanding. It is important that you see opportunities instead of problems, are service-oriented, business-minded, thorough, and enjoy working with others. You enjoy solving technical problems where you can express your creativity and at the same time use your technical competence. · Knowledge of compressors and related equipment · Ability to read and understand technical drawings · Good basic computer skills · Good knowledge of Swedish and English · Hot work certificate, forklift certificate, lift certificate · B-class driver's license is a requirement · Good teamwork skills Work Location: Klippan, but the majority of the work takes place at our customers' sites in Scania.
