Wood craft instruction will be distributed across two days per week. You will teach grades 3-6 in half-classes with approximately 15 students per group. The position also includes time at the after-school facility on other days of the week, and training as a youth educator or after-school teacher is also a merit. Your main responsibilities are to plan and deliver wood craft instruction as well as document and follow up on student results. QUALIFICATIONS • We're looking for someone who is trained and experienced as a wood craft teacher, youth educator, and/or after-school teacher. • You have strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and are well familiar with LGR 22. • In the classroom and after-school setting, you are a clear leader who creates a good learning environment with structure and warmth. • You have strong ability to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. • You are a person with great flexibility and strong commitment to wood craft and after-school instruction. • You work systematically to make instruction and the learning environment accessible to all students.
