About the Role As a transport manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of our transports. You are the link between customers, drivers, and the business, ensuring that assignments are carried out in an efficient, safe, and professional manner. We are looking for someone who: Has documented experience from the transport and logistics industry. Is service-minded and has a strong customer focus. Is a skilled communicator who enjoys collaborating with both customers and colleagues. Is solution-oriented and stays calm even when the pace is high. Has good planning abilities and a structured way of working. Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have experience with wheel loaders, that is an advantage.
