We create logistics solutions through one of Europe's most comprehensive intermodal networks, as well as local solutions in Sweden and the Nordic region based on traditional road transport. Since our start in 2007, we have grown steadily and have annual revenues exceeding 400 MSEK with strong profitability for the industry. We are currently seeking an administrator/freight forwarder to further strengthen our position. You will work as part of a team administering and following up on customer bookings. Responsibilities: Registration and management of customer orders Order follow-up Creating billing documentation for customers Customer support Administrative tasks We would like you to have: Previous administrative experience in transport Fluent English, both spoken and written Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently Good stress management skills Social competence Previous computer experience Previous experience with order management or similar is a plus The position is located at our office in Åhus.
