About the Role We are looking for a trainee who, over six months, wants to gain unique insight into real estate and residential development from a business perspective. The role involves significant independent responsibility and a task-driven approach. We value that you drive the work forward yourself and find solutions for how tasks are best completed. You will work closely with the CEO and business manager and be involved in, among other things: Market analysis and growth opportunity identification Identification and evaluation of new projects Development of decision-making materials and presentations Research, calculations, and environmental analysis Meetings with property owners, municipalities, and business partners This is a role for you if you want to understand the whole picture behind successful residential development—from idea and analysis to relationships and business. About You We are looking for someone who has recently completed their university degree in, for example, business, economics, industry, real estate, or civil engineering. But above all, we are looking for you with the right personality. You don't need to know everything from the start—but you need to want to learn a lot! We believe that you: Have strong personal drive and high ambition Are analytical and curious Enjoy thinking, calculating, and presenting Have the ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles Can visualize what doesn't yet exist Quickly understand connections and the bigger picture Feel comfortable meeting people and have good communication skills You have very good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in writing. You have high digital competence and are curious about new technology and AI. If you also have experience using AI tools for sorting and analyzing data, that is a merit.
