About the Job Traffic Planner at Mson Transport AB Mson Transport AB is a company that arranges transportation of trailers and part loads. We are located just outside Kungsbacka, which is 30 km south of Gothenburg. We manage approximately 45 truck drivers with articulated vehicles for transports throughout northern Europe. We operate a transport mediation service connecting jobs between freight forwarders and carriers. Our customers are located throughout northern Europe and in some parts of Europe. You will work in a group of five with traffic management. We offer an interesting and exciting position where you have significant responsibility on your own, but also work as part of a team where we help each other and solve problems together. Background experience in the freight forwarding industry or logistics education is advantageous, but not required. To succeed in this role, you should: be able to handle stressful situations be quick-thinking and organized have good teamwork abilities have a strong willingness to learn new things view daily challenges positively handle email/customer support be comfortable speaking on the phone in both Swedish and English The main tasks as a Traffic Planner include: Email and phone support Entering orders into our traffic management system Opter You should be fluent in English both verbally and in writing; language skills in general are advantageous. On-call duty for phone & email is part of the job, according to a rotating schedule (every fourth/fifth week) Software programs we use: We work in a customer service program called Kundo, where we handle all emails. For traffic management, we use Opter Excel is also advantageous to be proficient in.
