For more information: www.elleniusbuss.se www.axbuss.se About the Role We are now looking for a Traffic Manager for our operations in Märsta who will be a key player in our daily operations. You will ensure that routes are carried out as planned, handle deviations, communicate with drivers, and optimize vehicle utilization. You monitor statistics and quality, maintain contact with customers and clients, and contribute to a safe and supportive work environment for the entire team. Your Main Responsibilities • Lead daily operations and ensure all routes are executed as planned • Handle deviations, such as sick leave, vehicle problems, or traffic disruptions • Communicate with drivers, provide instructions, support, and receive reports from operations • Optimize vehicle utilization for maximum efficiency and cost control • Maintain contact with clients and customers, such as schools, companies, and other contractors • Monitor traffic statistics, incidents, and quality • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and driving and rest times • Support operations administratively through reporting and documentation • Contribute to a safe work environment and provide support to drivers in daily operations • Participate in on-call duty and handle incidents as needed Qualifications We are looking for someone with: • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in traffic management, transportation management, or similar roles • Experience from the transportation industry, preferably in bus, taxi, or public transportation • Ability to make quick and well-founded decisions in an event-driven environment • Good local knowledge and understanding of traffic challenges in the region • Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Who Are You?
