ReGarden is seeking trained landscaping professionals for our operations in the South District. This is a role for someone who knows the trade, takes responsibility for their work, and thrives on delivering quality every single day. As a senior landscape professional, you are an important part of our production and contribute to making work run smoothly in daily operations, both with customers and colleagues. Job Description As a senior landscape professional, you will perform tasks including: Hedge trimming, weed removal, and general landscape maintenance Tree pruning and rejuvenation work, particularly fruit trees Planting and garden renewal Customer contact and work according to set priorities and procedures Depending on the assignment, you work either: in a team, where you can take greater responsibility for planning and execution, or independently with contract customers, where you are responsible for ongoing maintenance and development of customer gardens throughout the season. The work involves 8 hours of physical labor every weekday and requires good organization, professional skills, and accountability. Important About the Role This is not a side job. Requirements At least 2 years of documented landscape maintenance experience Experience or training in tree pruning, particularly fruit trees Chainsaw certification A or AB Class B driver's license Good physical fitness and comfort working at heights Willingness to take responsibility and develop in the role Merits Experience leading or mentoring others in the work Experience with contract customers and ongoing maintenance Additional chainsaw certifications or specialized expertise
