Finnstaskolan is a preschool through grade 6 school in Bro with approximately 430 students from preschool class to grade 6. Around 60 people work here. Finnstaskolan is characterized by a family spirit, well-developed safety work, and structured recess activities. We actively work to strengthen all students' language development and offer a language track for children with general language disorder or severe expressive language disorder. We are seeking you as a qualified teacher in wood and metal craft for grades 3–6 at 60%. You will be part of one of our teams at the lower grade level and work together with both teachers and after-school staff. To succeed as a teacher with us, you have good leadership ability, pedagogical insight, and strong collaboration skills. You are organized, flexible, and self-directed, and you dare to think creatively and engage actively. You are well-acquainted with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary instruction based on students' needs. We are seeking someone who: - Is a certified teacher with the qualification to teach wood and metal craft for grades 3–6. - Uses digital tools as a natural part of your instruction and plans your teaching according to Lgr22. - Has a knack for building relationships and sees collaboration with students, colleagues, and guardians as a self-evident success factor in your work. - Is confident in your leadership and use support structures that promote students' knowledge acquisition.
