We are looking for a senior service delivery manager who will ensure stable, secure, and business-aligned IT services while driving development and improvement in close collaboration with the municipality's operations. Responsibilities As a service delivery manager, you have a central role in the municipality's digitalization efforts and are responsible for ensuring that our IT services are delivered with the right quality, security, and business value. The role involves overall responsibility for service delivery, vendor management, and continuous development of the municipality's IT environment. In this role, you will, among other things: Ensure that the municipality's IT services are delivered with the right quality, availability, and security Follow up and develop service deliveries together with external vendors and internal IT functions Work with vendor management, contracts, follow-up, and coordination of IT deliveries Drive and coordinate improvement work related to IT services, processes, and user support Coordinate and follow up on incident, problem, and change management Provide business-focused support in matters regarding IT services, development needs, and priorities Contribute to developing working methods within IT service management and service governance Participate in procurement, requirements specification, and implementation of new IT services and solutions Collaborate with the information security function, system architect, and other IT functions to ensure sustainable and secure solutions Contribute to structure, documentation, and long-term development of the municipality's digital services Develop the use of O365 in close collaboration with our Communications Unit Take responsibility for technical infrastructure regarding the municipality's web tools and intranet About the Workplace The Municipal Executive Board Administration's mission is to lead, coordinate, and follow up on the municipality's operations. We ensure that the municipality functions efficiently and that residents receive the service they need, while also supporting elected officials and departments. You will become part of a small, centrally located IT organization. During fall 2026, a transition process to the municipality's new IT operations provider is underway, where you will be an important team player for a successful implementation. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you have: Relevant higher education or university degree in IT, computer science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent Multiple years of experience in IT delivery, service management, service management, or similar senior role Experience with vendor management and collaboration with external IT partners Experience working both strategically and operatively in development and change work Experience coordinating and following up on IT services in complex operational environments Experience with collaboration between operations and IT Experience training employees Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and modern IT environments Good knowledge of IT Service Management and practices related to, for example, ITIL Understanding of information security, continuity, and relevant regulations Ability to translate operational needs into functioning and sustainable IT services Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish It is a merit if you have: Experience from the public sector or municipal operations Experience with outsourcing and complex vendor environments Experience in change management or project management Experience working with digitalization and operational development Experience and knowledge in testing and quality assurance of deliveries Certification in ITIL or equivalent framework Knowledge of pm3 or other governance model Knowledge in cybersecurity and continuity planning Knowledge of procurement and contract management in public sector operations Personal Qualities We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and has a good overall perspective.
