Imera AB is seeking hourly and holiday relief caregivers for our LSS group homes in Morgongåva. With us, you will find meaningful work where you make a difference for people with complex needs. Job Responsibilities: • Support residents in daily life according to individual needs and care plans. • Create a safe and respectful environment. • Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. • Document according to applicable procedures. • Work may include overnight on-call shifts. About You: We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as from a Healthcare and Care Program or specialized education in sociopedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and a valid driver's license class B (required). Experience in healthcare and care, LSS, or psychiatry is required. You are calm, stable, professional, and can manage stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental stamina.
