JOB DUTIES As a temporary staff member in elderly care or LSS, you make a difference for other people every day. You work as needed in our various operations and contribute to creating security and well-being for those you meet. The tasks vary, but you support individuals in their daily lives, either at home or in residential settings. This can involve personal care, such as help with dressing, hygiene, and meals, as well as social support through conversations, community, and activities, and helping with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning. As a temporary staff member, you get the opportunity to develop, learn new operations, and build valuable experience for the future. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and respectful, secure, and professional interactions. You take responsibility, are organized, and find it easy to adapt to different situations and individuals. It is advantageous if you have experience working in healthcare and care, or if you are studying or have completed education in, for example, healthcare and care programs, nursing programs, other care education, pedagogy, or behavioral science. If you have previously worked for us and have good references, we also see that as positive. To be able to work for us, you need to be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. A B driving license is advantageous.
